This exhibition is held at the Shunde Food Museum and is part of the "River and Food" part of the Pearl River Delta River Basin investigation and research system.
Five artists, architects, and scholars conducted a half-year-long on-site research to trace the connection between the river and the place, trace the roots of Shunde cuisine, and perform contemporary artistic expressions.
本次展览于顺德美食博物馆开展,是珠三角流域考察与研究体系中“河流与食物”部分。 由五位艺术家、建筑师、学者通过长达半年的驻地调研,追寻河流与地方的脉络,对顺德饮食寻根溯源进行当代性艺术表达。
